For freinds and family I am currently living and working in Halifax, Nova Scotia were I was born and raised. I have two wonderful boys who are the joy of my life.

I am currently employed as a systems adminisrator for Unisys Technical Services. Previous to this I proudly served my country as a medic and then later photo tech. It was the fastest 17 years of my life. My fondest memories are of the time I served as a medic on the HMCS Athabaskan. I am Currently pursuing a black belt in ITF Taekwon-Do. I am currently a red belt. I also lift weights in the hope I will loose the beer belly I spent so many years developing.

After my family my interests in no particular order are; photography, fitness, motorcycles, reading, writing, telling and listening to stories. I do volunteer work from time to time, as time permits. The last volunteer work I did was for Austism Society of Nova Scotia where I served as member at large for a couple of years then one year as vice-president. I've been also known to lace up sneakers for 10k runs in support of charity.
